If you are buying a home in Wales and want an independent RICS survey, email is the most reliable way to reach us. Tell us the property address, the type of building, and any particular concerns (damp, movement, a loft conversion, a listed listing, a flat in a block). We will advise which of Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 is the right instruction.
